If you do have any issues outside of warranty, we’ll charge our competitive rates to come and fix your system as and when problems occur.
Plug Me In Protect Premier
With our proactive service plan, you can trust us to take care of everything, including the running and monitoring of your solar PV and battery storage. We can keep an eye on your system using real time, remote monitoring which, if not already installed, can be retrofitted to your existing system. With the Premier plan, you enjoy all the benefits of the basic plan but we watch your system daily and will react to faults, sometimes before you even know they’ve happened.
