Arranging your Heat Pump install is simple
Before installation
Our detailed pre-installation process ensures that your needs are met, and that the installation is efficient, cost-effective, and of the highest quality.
One of our surveyors will visit to confirm we have all the right information about your property. They’ll also see whether any upgrades are needed and make sure everything is ready for our technical team. We’ve partnered with the market-leading heat pump manufacturers, so you’ll never compromise on quality or service.
Select options
Safety is our top priority. Our team of friendly, experienced, and fully qualified engineers will ensure that the entire installation process is carried out with utmost care and precision.
We’ll let you know if any upgrades are needed before we start your installation, so there are no surprises. We will also get the required approvals from the Distribution Network operator (DNO).
Once all the approvals are in place, we aim to have your installation booked in within two weeks.
